PLEASE NOTE THAT LEADS TAKE AROUND 10 to 14 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THEY ARE READY TO BE DELIVERED. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days, however, during busy periods this can be up to 7 working days of purchase. Made to order products will be dispatched once the products have been made (this information can be found on the individual products). When ordering products with different lead times, all products will be sent together when all products ordered are ready to be dispatched.
Returns We hope that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase, however, we appreciate that sometimes there is a need to return or replace them. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Non Returnable Items For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on grooming products. These include: shampoo bars, conditioner bars, dry shampoo, toothpaste, balms and salves. We can not accept returns on personalised or custom orders. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. If you receive a refund, and were charged delivery on the original order, that delivery cost will not be refunded; only the cost of the actual product can be refunded. When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged or undelivered. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
