Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones is proud to be Britain’s only black farmer. He loves food, cooking, traditional farming and the UK, so he created a brand that embodies those passions. He fulfilled his childhood dream to own a small piece of the British countryside when he turned 40 and bought his farm in Devon. Inspired by this and his love and support of British farming, he launched The Black Farmer brand.
But he didn't stop there. He wanted to be sure that The Black Farmer brand not only celebrates British farming by using only British meat, but offers something for everyone - fresh fish, Caribbean produce, veg, pasties, cakes and a range of gluten free products as well as beer, cider and wine – and his newly launched and hugely popular Don Wilfred Rum!

Sloe & Garlic Wild Venison Salami 110g
This is a truly unique salami. A combination of wild British venison, sloe berries, fresh garlic and a good measure of red wine. It is smoked over oak chips for three days. The perfect addition to a cheese and charcuterie sharing board.

Fennel & White Pepper Salami 150g
This lovely pork salami is beautifully aromatic from the fennel and has a punch from the white pepper. Perfect as a pizza topping, for a quick lunch with crusty bread or as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti selection.

Dorset Chorizo Picante 150g
Made with free range pork, this chorizo is bursting with flavour from hot and sweet smoked paprika. Versatile, this Chorizo is ready to eat – and is perfect for everything from a snack, sliced on top of pizza, starter or a cooking ingredient to add texture and depth of flavour. Chorizo is a meaty and slightly spicy product which is perfect alongside sourdough or in a pasta dish. It is perfect for snacking or enjoying on an antipasti board.
