A warm welcome to our store from Jon and Judy, we make British charcoal under the beautiful big skies of Lincolnshire.
Our small batch handmade charcoal is produced using our environmentally friendly retort which
results in great quality charcoal and makes food taste great. We use Ash and Oak as our main wood with coppiced hard and fruit woods when available, all sourced locally from sustainably managed woodlands here in lovely Lincolnshire.
Great quality charcoal lights easily, heats up quickly and burns for longer, so this bag will go along way as you can use less to achieve the delicious results you are looking for.
