• 20cl Libations Spiced Rum
• X2 5cl Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
• 25cl Monin Sugar Syrup
• 250G North Star Coffee Blend (Espresso OR Cafetiere)
• Serve card

Have to hand:

• Shaker or Jar
• Strainer
• Martini or Nick & Nora glass
• Ice

Ingredients: North Star Coffee – Docks – Flavours: Chocolate, Toasted Nuts, Tangerine, 40% Brazil Fazenda Rainha Da Paz, 40% El Salvador Chelazos, 20% Sumatra Bener Meriah. Libations Rum – Yorkshire heather and honey, clove, cinnamon, madagascan vanilla and orange peel. Tasting Notes – gentle clove and cinnamon, honey finished with lingering vanilla and orange zest. Monin – Pure Cane Sugar Syrup. Mr Black Coffee Liqueur- Australian grain spirit and Arabica coffee beans from Papua New Guinea, Kenya and El Salvador.
