Welcome to Stone Close Country! My aim is to bring to life an inspiring range of home-made and hand-painted gifts and home accessories shaped by my passion for country life and all handmade with love by me! The items I make are about finding something unique, the perfect gift or simply a treat for yourself!

Stone Close Country was created by me and I do all the designing, sewing, painting, sticking and gluing myself! I work, mainly from the heart of the home, the kitchen table, but also the dining room, living room, spare bedrooms……pretty much anywhere I can find a space!

A passionate country girl at heart, the British countryside has been a huge part of my life and I’m at my happiest bringing new life into the world in the lambing shed, working my dogs on the moors, or simply just standing quietly enjoying the natural beauty all around me!

Born into a farming family and now living on a hill farm in the Durham Dales, I am lucky enough to live, work and play surrounded by stunning countryside.
