In an attempt to keep postage charges to a minimum we use recycled packaging where possible. This is to save the customer excess charges and as important, reduce the impact on the environment. Please note that some manufacturers original packaging may be modified to enable cheaper postage rates. These savings are passed on to the customer.

Wychwood Competition Rod and Reel Case
For the competition angler who wants to carry his rods made up with the reel on butt section, Wychwood now supply the single, dual and quad rod holders. The holders benefit from 90cm internal storage allowing 4 piece rods up to 10 foot to be accommodated. The quad version has external elastic cord for additional storage.
Supplied with a generous adjustable shoulder strap, padded and zipped reel end. All are approximately 90 cms in length the single carries one, the dual carries two and the quad four made up rods with reels
Although the majority of our items are listed with post inclusive prices and sent using first class post on this item we will be using Hermes couriers. Hermes couriers advertise a 2-3 day delivery, however we also offer a next day delivery service for those of you who require their rod quicker and wish to upgrade at low cost. Please get in touch if you require this service.
Please note: The courier delivery services takes 24 hours to book and are picked up the following working day you order if you give us time to book the courier. If you purchase after 6pm at night we cannot book till the next day and then there is a 24 hour wait for pick up. Couriers do not pick up on Saturdays.

Shipping policy
There is a one off postage charge of £4.95 no matter how many items you purchase on one order.
We endeavor to send out all purchases first class on any working day Monday to Friday inclusive, if your purchase is made before 3pm.
For purchases over £30 in value we will send first class tracked and you will receive tracking numbers if appropriate.
For orders over 2kg in weight we will normally send via couriers with the signed for facility and insurance paid for by The Country Sports Store.
If there are any problems with your purchase we will contact you immediately.
Refund policy
We do accept returns.
Unwanted items being returned for a refund will be refunded at only 80% of the item price and we will not refund any postage costs that has occurred.
Faulty or Damaged Items will be repaired or replaced accordingly, if either of these are not possible a refund will be offered, your return postage costs will only be refunded if the returned item is accompanied by the original receipt up to the value we charged you for postage.
