BREEDER RECORD BOOKS – Compliant with the new Breeding Legislation (other books available – Stud Record, Microchip Record & Scanning Record)

They are ring bound with a plastic cover and cardboard back cover and are A4 in size.

Each book can record 4 litters, so 1 book per bitch and it contains the following for each litter: –

A general health section where you can keep records for the bitch – Name, KC Reg No, Microchip, Health Checks, Colour, Dam & Sire. Worm Record, Flea Record, Weight, Record and Heat Record.

4 MONTHS worth of calendar for each litter

RECORD OF HEAT & BREEDING: heat no, date started, when ended, duration of bleeding, attractiveness to stud, all the stud details, all the cover details, and how many puppies whelped.

WHELPING RECORD: Litter no, what stud, first stage, second stage, place to record 16 puppies, dew claws, tailed docked, summary of puppies, whelped, survived, dies, post mortem, notes and comments.

WHELPING COST SHEET X 2

DAILY LITTER RECORD: DOB, order of birth, time born, sex, distinguishing marks, microchip, eyes opening, worming, flea treatment, teeth, hernia and then daily weights.

NEW OWNER DETAILS: name and address, Contact no, email and microchip number.
