Risotto Arborio with Courgettes, also known as Zucchini risotto, is a classic Italian dish that has many distinctive characteristics. When combined with the creamy risotto, Courgettes can add a subtle sweetness and slightly earthy flavour that can complement the dish’s savoury notes.
