Filey Bay Flagship Whiskey – Tasting Notes: Light creamy and fruity with flavours of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla.

Filey Bay Moscatel Finish – Tasting notes: Soft, sweet and fruity with flavours of orange, honey, dried fruits and cocoa. This field to bottle single malt was initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks, before being transferred to casks from Spain that had previously held Moscatel sherry for up to 10 years.

Filey Bay STR Finish – Tasting Notes: Light, floral, and fruity with notes of summer berries, vanilla ice cream, orange chocolate, and toasted oak. It takes the citrus and caramel flavours from the bourbon casks and weaves them with the red fruits of the Rioja barriques, creating a complex whisky with spice and depth that’s also light and floral.
