Please send the email as above within 14 days of receiving the item. Then arrange for the goods to be send back to us. Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original packaging.

If you return something due to it being unsuitable or e.g. an unwanted gift, you will need to pay the postage for it to be returned to us.
