I sell a range of prints featuring my original animal illustrations, painted in watercolour and pencil, before being scanned in and given bright, colourful backgrounds.
Bespoke pet portraits created from photos
Working from photos and your stories, I’ll draw a portrait of your beloved pet using fine liner, watercolour paints and pencil, that you’ll be able to keep for years to come.
Each portrait generally takes between 12 – 15 hours to complete based on the subject with all the different stages of sketching, inking, colour building and final pencil detailing.
Dimensions:
Portraits are A4 in size and painted on an A3 sheet of watercolour paper to allow for framing. If you require a different size, shape, or dimensions please specify the details in your request.
How to Order:
Once you completed your purchase please send an email to chris.millard.creative@gmail.com with the following:
– Photos of the subject (as many as possible)
– Special notes and requests
– Notes on the subject, such as name, breed, character
Once received I will confirm back with the details of your order with you & will begin working on your portrait.
I’ll keep you updated during the different stages of the portrait to ensure that it meets your requirements and once the portrait is finished send a final image for your approval.
Postage:
Your finished portrait will be shipped, recorded delivery, the next working day.

Timeframes:
Depending on availability your commission will be completed within 7 – 10 days and then posted out. During the busier Christmas season, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your portrait.
