Our Story
With years of experience in procurement for large corporations it was time to change my passion into my dream. Spice Inspired was born in 2017 and has been an exciting ‘spicy’ journey. I love beautiful things and spice so why not do both!? Everyone deserves great gifts that can be trusted on quality and we don’t compromise in taste or presentation.

Delivery & Shipping
FREE DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK ONLY. Standard economy deliveries are within 2 – 5days from date of dispatch (within 24 hours of receipt of order). We endeavour to deliver within this period however we cannot accept liability if the order fails to deliver within this timescale and we can’t guarantee it will arrive on any specified date. We are reliant on couriers and Royal Mail to deliver this service (parcels are tracked) so any disruption to service or an unexpected force majeure is out of out control.

Returns Policy
Damaged goods:
Please advise us within 7 days from receipt of any damage to product that has not meet to your satisfaction.
We will provide a full refund, subject to inspection and acceptance by us. Please send a photograph of the damaged goods in your email to speed up the process.
Other reasons:
We understand that there may be other reasons you want to return the product such as unfit for purpose, not as described, or other.
Please return within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging so that the products are well protected from damage during transit.
However, if returned in a non re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a credit. I am sure you understand this is reasonable.
If items are not returned within 14days this is considered as Final Sale.
All refunds will be processed against the original transaction payment method.
Any cost of postage or courier in returning the item will not be refunded, only in cases of receiving damaged goods that has been accepted.
