I am Jayne welcome to my Countryside store, I have been making and selling all things floral and countryside related for many years. Previously in my own florist shop and at country and garden shows and now online.
I live in the beautiful South Downs National Park which inspires me daily. I have lots of animals at home and therefore love all things animal related.
Some of the flower related products in the shop are handmade from natural materials and may sometimes differ slightly from the photos and they also take a little longer for delivery as they are made to order.

Shipping policy
Shipping costs are included in the price of our products, what you see is what you will pay at the final checkout.
Our smaller items will be posted second class with Royal Mail and the larger items will be dispatched with APC Couriers.
Refund policy
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will pay for the return of the item. Any problems should be reported immediately to receive a full refund.
If you have simply changed your mind we will happily refund you but as a small business we cannot absorb postal charges and therefore when we receive the returned item in original packaging and new condition we will issue a refund.
