Shipping policy
We process all orders on the day after they are placed and ship on that day. Orders of one product will be sent via Royal Mail, orders of more than one product are sent by DPD.
Refund policy
We accept returns. If the product is defective then we will replace it after seeing a photo. If you wish to return the product as it is no longer required, buyers are responsible for return shipping and once the product is received back by us we will offer a full refund.
