We cannot refund items which are lost through the postal service ,unless you can provide us with a proof of postage. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement or offer you a full refund. Please take a photograph as proof of the damage and email this to us as evidence. In such cases we will refund the original cost, plus any reasonable postal charges you have incurred.
